What to feed with meat/bone?

So I am going to be feeding preground meat/bone for Winston. Last time I fed raw to my dogs I used various preground meats with bone (bison, turkey, chicken) and then added liver and turkey hearts.

What is a good mix for Schnauzers? Liver, necks, hearts, eggs, kale, veggies (from what I understand veggies are more of a personal preferance) Just dont want winston to miss out on any nutrients he needs. Ill be trying fish this time as well.

The advice I have read is 80% meat, 10% bone and 10% offal.

I then go by poo! If the dog is straining or the poo is dry and crumbly I reduce bone or feed just mince for a day or two. Too sloppy and I increase bone.

So of 6oz per say .6oz bone, .6oz offal and the. 4.8oz meat!

I went by looks in the past too like "oh hes pooing fine an energy is good... Coat looks awesome, etc etc etc" but winston has dry itchy skin so I want to at least get a good start woth proper ratios

You may want to add salmon or coconut oil to help his skin…….or even some oily fish, although some dogs don't tolerate fish too well if fed whole ;)

Yeah I was gunna test him with salmon and talapia! I have tons caught fresh!!

Ive never had problems feeding wild fish, but Ill look into that today see what thats all about
