Hi my 6 month old mini schnauzer already weighs 7.3 kg and she is not fat! I love her to bits of course but I am thinking this is big for a mini schnauzer. Just interested to see the weight of other peoples pups and also how big do you think she will get.

You never can tell maybe she's done all her growing.
Our Strudel was quite big at five and a half months but that's when she stopped growing and she's perfecy mini size

Our Monty is 11 months old and weighs 9.2 kg. Very active and healthy. 
Montyjoined us on 11th February 2012.

We have Wookie (female) a mini, she was 2 in september, very very very active lively little dog, she has "Symply" dry dog food (& loves it) she weighs about 7.5kg she has 110g of dry food a day (60g breakfast & the other 50g at lunchtime & a couple of biscuits a day)

Our Monty Bogle is just 1 year old and when last weighed (about 3 weeks ago now) was 11.5K. He is a quite a big Mini though and not at all fat.

Stanley always seemed quite heavy as a pup but I think he did most of his growing early on. he measures about 16'' tall and is 9 kg approx, if I remember rightly.

Laddie is 15 weeks and weighed in today at 5.9kg, he's gained a kg in a month. He's not at all fat.

And my Daisy is about 6.8kg on a good day - or 7.3 after a few days at my parents !. She is a good shape (said the vet ) - but by no means a 'big' mini !

Mine is another maxi mini, Widget was 7.5kg at 4 months and 8.5kg at 5 months, he grew very quickly those first few months, so much so that I would notice on a daily basis, but his growth has slowed these past few weeks.

Summer is a petite 6.5 kgs at nearly 4 years her weight never changes.
Zeke is 7.4 kgs at 7 months and would eat everything in sight if we let him.

My Suzi will be 8yrs old next month and she weighs 8.5. Her weight has been this for the last few years and she's not fat has a waist line and no fat on her ribs.

Gryff is now 15 months old.
He had his booster jabs last week and he was measured 17" at the shoulder.
He weighed in at 12.10kg.
Here's a picture taken of him on Monday. He's a solid dog now and the vet certainly had no issues with his weight. You certainly know he's there when he stands on your chest!!
